📋 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Table Bookings & Deposits

Dining deposit
£5.00 per guest, redeemed against your bill on the night.
Dining cancellation — 24+ hours notice
Full deposit refund.
Dining cancellation — less than 24 hours / no-show
Deposit is non-refundable.
Game table cancellation — 2+ hours notice
Free to cancel, full refund of any deposit.
Game table — late cancellation / no-show
Any deposit paid may be retained.
Late arrival
Tables held for 15 minutes. After that, we may release the table and retain any deposit.

Memberships

Cancellation
Cancel any time from My Account in the app. No cancellation fee, no minimum contract.
When cancellation takes effect
At the end of the current billing period. Member benefits continue until then.
Refund on current month
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
Price changes
30 days' notice by email. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Gift Cards

Validity
12 months from the date of purchase. Unused balance expires after this date.
Refunds
Non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Lost or stolen
We cannot replace gift cards that are lost or stolen. Treat them like cash.

Event Tickets

TicketSource events
Subject to TicketSource's own refund policy (ticketsource.com).
Direct sales by The 147
Non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case a full refund is given.

Food & Drink Orders

Accepted orders
Generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once accepted by the kitchen.
Errors or quality issues
Speak to a member of staff immediately — we will resolve it.
